my ass they are being electrocuted ... check out the other hundreds of vids of them on here.. theres even a guy in a rubber dinghy with definitely no electrodes producing the same effect and the "generator" you mention??? what do you think might be pushing the boat through the water???? uhhh maybe the boat motor..

the carp are not jumping cause they are startled by the sound of the boat, if you look on the front of the boat the 2 round rings are ELECTRODES this is why the generator is running in the background, it is electrocuting the fish and they are trying to get out of the area which includes out of the water, dont be fooled they aren't being magical and this isn't a phenomena, THEY ARE BEING ELECTROCUTED!!!
